Founded in 2019 in Rennes, Anozr Way was born out of a strong conviction: cybersecurity cannot be effective without integrating the protection of people.
Specializing in human cyber risk management, we develop innovative SaaS solutions that enable organizations to manage their human cyber risk and protect their executives and employees from social engineering threats.

Our story
Founded by Alban Ondrejeck (an intelligence expert) and Philippe Luc (an insurance specialist), ANOZR WAY has rapidly established itself as a pioneer in cybersecurity Human Risk Management.
ANOZR WAY raised €2M in 2021 from Breizh Up, BNP Paribas Développement and BPI to accelerate the deployment of its solutions.
In 2024, a new €6M round of funding from Hi Innov – Dentressangle, with the support of Breizh Up and BNP Paribas Développement, strengthened our ambition to become the European benchmark in human cyber risk management and personal protection.
Our labels and awards
Winner of major awards (FIC 2023 Prize, Grand Défi Cyber 1 & 2, Cas d’Or 2023, ECW 2021 Jury Prize, etc.), ANOZR WAY has won over major corporations, public institutions and sensitive organizations.
In 2024, Philippe LUC, our CEO and co-founder, was awarded 3rd place in the 2024 IT Personality of the Year award by Le Monde Informatique.
